Files Not Uploading

If you're having trouble uploading files to TeleBox Cloud Storage, follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection - Try loading a website to verify connectivity
  2. Verify app permissions:
    • Go to device Settings > Apps > TeleBox
    • Ensure storage permission is granted
    • Check if background data usage is allowed
  3. Confirm file size limits:
    • Free accounts: Up to 2GB per file
    • Premium accounts: Up to 10GB per file
  4. Check available storage space in your TeleBox account
  5. Try closing and reopening the app

Login & Account Issues

Login Problems

If you're experiencing login issues:

  1. Verify your credentials:
    • Double-check username/email spelling
    • Ensure caps lock is off
    • Try showing password to check for typos
  2. Reset your password:
    • Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen
    • Follow the email instructions
    • Use a strong, unique password
  3. Clear app cache:
